Licensed professionals seeking to purchase LOOkX Skin Care must submit a valid license by the regulating authority.

Tax Exempt

To be eligible for tax exemption, customers must meet the following criteria and submit a copy of the following:

• Licensed skincare professional or business entity operating within the skincare industry.
• Must provide a valid up-to-date Tax Exempt/Seller’s Permit issued by the appropriate state or local tax authority.

Tax Exempt / Reseller License Verification

Customers seeking tax exemption must provide a copy of their valid Tax Exempt/Reseller License. The license should indicate the business name, tax identification number, and the issuing authority. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of the provided license.

Internet Sales

LOOkX USA reserves the right to evaluate and terminate the relationship with individuals and businesses selling our products on the Internet specifically Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or Facebook Marketplace at discounted prices compromising the brand.  All professional accounts must file a LOOkX USA Web-based sales form if they desire to sell online.  LOOkX USA reserves the right to review the selling website, before written consent is granted.   Professional accounts must adhere to the pricing regulations and standards LOOkX USA puts forward.  All agreements will be reviewed on a year-by-year basis.
